A Stronger Future
Heating Kentucky Rebate Program
Through the Kentucky Petroleum Marketers Association, the Heating Kentucky Rebate Program promotes and facilitates the installation of higher-efficiency oil-fired heating and water heating equipment in new and existing residential properties in Kentucky.
To be successful, Heating Kentucky is counting on fuel distributors and HVAC Professionals to be part of this rebate program. Without these two groups, Kentucky homeowners who use home heating oil have no access to rebates designed to improve their system and home heating comfort. Apply today to be part of this winning program.

For Fuel Distributors
The Heating Kentucky Rebate Program is designed to be a streamlined process to experience the benefits of today’s oil-fired equipment. All fuel distributors who are approved participants in the rebate program are referred to as Heating Kentucky Dealers. No affiliation with the Kentucky Petroleum Marketers Association is required to be part of the program.
Due to the operating guidelines for the rebate program, the homeowner must be a customer of an approved fuel distributor. This rebate program and the funds within are available on a first-come, first-serve basis until the designated monies are depleted.
Application
Homeowner must provide a completed application and receipt of new equipment to their fuel distributor to submit to KPMA on their behalf.
Installation
A KY licensed HVAC contractor must be hired by the homeowner to perform any installation of new equipment to ensure a valid rebate process.
Submission
Fuel distributors submit the KPMA Heating Kentucky Rebate Form and equipment receipts on behalf of the applicant once work is completed.
Reimburse
Homeowner receives their rebate check via mail from the National Oilheat Research Alliance within eight weeks after submission.
For HVAC & Equipment Professionals
The Heating Kentucky Rebate Program provides homeowners with rebates for heating oil equipment needs – boilers, furnaces, hot water heaters, and fuel storage tanks. In Kentucky, a master HVAC contractor’s license is required to install and service furnaces. If you or your company hold this license, consider joining this program today to be promoted to fuel distributors and their customers.
Heating Kentucky is a proud partner of the Kentucky Association of Master Contractors. Through the KYAMC, Heating Kentucky can provide CEU courses at little to no cost to the contractor community.
